Battery System
Axis is powered by a state-of-the-art Lithium Titanate (LTO) battery, delivering high performance with a 2-hour runtime. Designed for efficiency, the battery recharges in just 5–8 minutes at an integrated station within the rack system, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Wheels & Traction System
Equipped with twelve driven wheels, Axis ensures stable, reliable movement in all directions. This design provides consistent traction, even during transitions from aisle to channel or onto a lift. With a maximum traveling speed of 295 ft/min, it maintains both agility and control in dynamic environments, including cold storage.

How It Works
Axis2 Shuttle is loaded into the racking.
The free roaming multi-directional pallet shuttle navigates the racking via intelligent shuttle control and software. It moves north, south, east and west to move pallet loads for put away and picking. Genuine 24/7 operations are afforded thanks to innovative load management and modern energy storage systems
The transfer process of the pallet and shuttle between levels of the racking system is done via a vertical conveyor.
The shuttle charges its battery via an in-rack charging station.
