Options In Warehouse Racking
A common mistake when choosing warehouse racking systems is to assume that all racking is limited to the selective style design. In fact, there are specific types of racking systems that are highly effective for one type of warehousing application, while inefficient and even problematic for other another.
To determine the best option or type of warehouse racking system for you, start by taking a closer look at these specific racking systems:
Selective Pallet Racks
Large warehouse facilities are typically focused on the use of selective pallet racks, a cornerstone product in the industry. Ideally, choosing a manufacturer of this style of pallet rack needs to include flexibility in design, the ability to expand on the capacity of the racking system, and the strength and durability of the system.
At FRAZIER, our Sentinel® Selective Pallet Rack is an industry gold standard. It is made from structural steel, it is easy to install, and it is flexible enough to work with any warehouse storage requirements.
Cantilever Racking
For both indoor warehouse racking and outdoor use, our Klamp/Fast® Cantilever racking system offers the ultimate in storage capacity flexibility. The arms of the racking system are infinitely adjustable, eliminating waste space and maximizing storage capacity even when requirements change. It’s the ideal solution for the dense storage of long items and flat sheets.
Push Back Pallet Racking
For true space optimization, we offer our Glide-In® Push Back pallet racking system. The system is made up of a patented system of enveloped, wheeled carts that nest on top of each other. As the pallet is placed on the top cart and pushed back using the subsequent pallet load, the next cart is exposed and ready for loading.
To add to the benefit of this system, when the first pallet to the outside of the racking is removed, the remaining pallets move forward by gravity, ensuring a full pallet is always ready to load.
