Z-Brace Frame Design
Frazier’s standard Z-Braced design features time-tested, high-strength, hot-rolled structural components. Horizontals are typically spaced 40″ apart, with custom frames available. The Z-Brace uses diagonals in compression and tension, and structural angles enhance durability and load capacity while reducing stress on horizontal joints.
Double Deep Configuration Option
In addition to single deep systems, Sentinel® Selective Pallet Rack is available in double deep configurations, providing greater storage density without sacrificing SKU selectivity.

In many parts of the country storage rack must, by code requirements, be designed to withstand the ground motion from earthquakes. Frazier racking is designed for the seismic forces of the racking’s original installation location. Frazier should always be consulted as the OEM before moving the rack to a new location.
Durable Components
Upright Frames
Each frame is made of two structural columns that carry the pallet load, with horizontals and diagonal members forming the bracing for strength and stability.
Shelf Beams
Made of hot-rolled structural steel in 3″, 4″, or 5″ heights, with adjustable 1″ increments for flexible storage configurations.
Pallet Supports
Pallet supports are required when pallet overhang is less than 2”. They are designed to support the full weight of the pallet. Two pallet supports per pallet are suggested.
