Frazier has been awarded a new Pallet Spacing System & Method Patent as part of our response to updated, strict Factory Mutual Global and National Fire Protection Association code regulations. The patent allows for uniform 6″ spacing in vertical alignment when used with our deep lane Pallet Mole® rack solutions.

Magnetic Safety Latching

In addition to its ability to execute Frazier’s Pallet Spacing System & Method Patent, the Pallet Mole® boast other key features. Among them is a Magnetic Safety Latching that auto-engages when the Pallet Mole® unit is lifted by a fork truck. This provides security and stability when transporting the unit.

Double Wide Rack Design

Lastly, a Frazier’s Double Wide rack design for Pallet Mole® applications affords users greater SKU flexibility. Unlike deep lane Drive-In rack, which must store the same SKU at every level vertically, the Pallet Mole® boasts the flexibility to store a different SKU in every lane. Double wide applications can store the same SKU in adjacent bays and yield massive productivity increases when used in conjunction with a dual pallet fork truck attachment.
