Product Overview

Poly Wheel
Designed for operations using softer or lower-quality pallets, poly wheels provide a gentler alternative to steel wheels. Unlike steel, which can damage or “chew up” weaker pallets, poly wheels reduce wear and help extend pallet life while maintaining smooth, reliable flow.
Bumper Stop
A black, rubber-like bumper is used to cushion fork truck impact against the custom tube beam in this application.
Speed Controller
A magnetic speed controller creates rotational resistance to regulate pallet movement. This controlled braking slows pallets as they travel down the flow lanes, preventing excessive speed and ensuring smooth, safe operation.
Hook Stop
Designed to prevent pallets from rolling over the front beam, keeping loads securely positioned and safely accessible for picking.
Pallet Flow Racking for FIFO Efficiency
Pallet Flow Racking is a high-density storage solution designed to support First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation. In a Pallet Flow system, pallets are stored on tracks of wheels or rollers set within racking that is pitched at a slight downward angle, allowing gravity to move product efficiently through the system.
Pallets are loaded at the higher end of the Pallet Flow Racking lane and naturally advance forward as pallets are removed from the pick face. This gravity-driven design ensures that a pallet is always staged at the front position, ready for picking—improving throughput, reducing handling time, and maintaining strict inventory rotation.
Ideal for high-volume, date-sensitive, or perishable goods, Pallet Flow Racking maximizes storage density while streamlining order fulfillment and replenishment operations.
Key Features

Innovative Features

All Levels Accessible
Pallet Flow Racking provides access to any storage level at any time. Each level can be loaded or unloaded individually, without the need to move pallets from lower levels first.

Slotting Flexibility
Pallet Flow Racking offers high-density storage with flexible slotting and can accommodate more SKUs than Drive-In systems.

Speed Control
Pallet Flow offers a range of load speed control options designed to prevent product damage by eliminating excessive speed and pallet shingling.

Technical Excellence
Pallet Flow beams require strict tolerances to ensure proper pallet movement. Frazier’s bolted connections keep beams precisely positioned and prevent slippage that can occur with slotted connections, preserving product flow stability.
Frazier engineers and tests each Pallet Flow application to determine the precise pitch required to ensure proper flow of pallet loads.
It is important to understand pallet height when determining the elevations of each level of Pallet Flow Racking. The combined height of the pallet, the highest point of the pitched track, and the required overhead clearance dictates the location of the next level. Proper evaluation of these dimensions ensures the most efficient use of vertical space.
