Second Level Design
Sitting at the second level (approximately a picker’s waist height), the Ergo Label Beam® is effectively a front shelf beam split into two separate curved beams that attach to the rear of the shelf beam. This design creates a generous 16″–22″ opening, allowing order pickers to easily access rear cartons, improving efficiency and reducing strain.
Ergo Deep® Design
Sitting lower than the Second Level Ergo-Label Beam®, Ergo Deep® is designed to store heavier items that require more leverage when lifting—without reducing the opening space for easy picker access.
Aisle-to-Aisle Walkthrough Access Option
Ergo Deep®’s opening can be designed for aisle-to-aisle walkthrough access, helping to streamline operations and reduce picker travel time.

Ergo Series® can be engineered using 3″, 4″, or 5″ structural steel channels to meet your specific strength and load requirements.
Typically designed for standard GMA 48″ × 40″ pallets, the Ergo Series® can also be custom-designed to accommodate other pallet sizes.
Easily upgrade your existing Frazier Sentinel® Selective Pallet Rack with Ergo Series®. Designed for retrofit, it can be added at the floor level provided proper design criteria are met.
